Ah, oops! Bad that we didn't spot that, but good that the propsed changes have already been here for that long and evidently not seriously impacted on most people's internet habits. Stand down red alert!

The comcast story that got ran in the nov 8th podcast is news from a year ago. Comcast added that throttling feature last year, but it got picked up recently on a site and nobody checked the date on the original news item and for whatever reason word spread like crazy all over the net about it this past week or so.
It seems as if the throttling worked since nobody even noticed its effects over the past year.
